Generation after generation members of the Losee family have been experts in housing construction. The Losee name has played an integral role in shaping and building Woodstock area communities.
Losee Homes is a long-standing respected name in the construction industry.
Howard Losee logged lumber in the Black Donald Mine area located on the shores of White Fish Lake in the Township of Matawatchan. He processed the logs into boards in his sawmill and shipped the lumber to Woodstock, Ontario to be used in construction.
Howard and Grant Losee worked together to form Losee Brothers Lumber. They continued to log and process boards in the Matawatchan area sawmill. The lumber was trucked to the Woodstock area.
The Losee Brothers used their lumber to develop housing in the Woodstock area.

Losee Brothers developed the Springbank Shopping Centre in Woodstock, Ontario.
Losee Brothers continue with Howard and his sons Ray, Danny and Terry. Together they framed and built houses on land that they purchased.
Ray Losee went on to work in real estate with Losee Guillemette and later establish Losee Homes.
Danny Losee went on to establish Dancraft Stairs.
Terry Losee went on to make a name for himself in real estate.
Ray Losee established Losee Homes with his wife Barb and son Steve. Together they have built 100s of houses in the Woodstock, Innerkip, Grand Bend area and beyond.
